Greens and tee box’s in great shape, fairways not so much due to drainage on a few holes on the back 9, few bunkers looked not playable but did not spend any time in them😜

Some of the greens could do with some work and some of the tee boxes are extremely unlevel, other than that it’s a great course and enjoy playing.
