Overall actually not a bad course but first few holes were in terrible condition and pace of play was glacial

All the greens have been spiked, and it was like putting on a cobble road. Fairways and rough have been left with cut grass everywhere. On some holes, it was difficult to locate ball due to being buried under hay bales of dead grass. There was no mention of any of the above when paying.

Greens have been spiked to allow drainage, putting was awful but condition of the course was good
