It was pretty poor condition in general, very wet and super soft ground. The greens were not smooth at all, one hole didn't even have a green! Decent value though. This rating is for the 9 hole "Canal" course only. The main course looks to be in much better shape.

Dustbin on first tee probably gas 10x 440ml Stella beers in it which says a lot to start with.
Tees are the worst I’ve seen, no grass in sight, worse still they are so uneven.
Fairways are fine
Greens are simply not greens, destroyed with pitch marks that no one could be bothered to replace, not cleaned the entire winter and so inconsistent
