Tee boxes in fantastic condition - massively let down by the fairways and rough. Patches of grass missing, really dry bits and differing lengths. Greens were also covered in aeration holes - surprising for mid August - and quite sandy. Bunkers in good condition though. Not worth £25 but maybe more like £15.
