TLC needed on some greens and bunkers other than that not a bad little course. One played better for the price but I’ve also played worse 3/5

Absolute disrepair. Greens are half dirt, half yellow grass with holes in. Tee boxes are all sand. Fairways hard with yellow grass.

Have spent less for a better maintained course. The layout is confusing around holes 4 and 7. Some tees have red markers and others dont. Fairways are dry and patchy. Nice open fairways and a good beginners course.
