Tight course, requires precision shots.
Really good for the value
Course seems to struggle in the winter more than others. Lots of standing water and boggy fairways despite no rain for a couple of days. Very busy course with the 1st tee seeing queues pushing you late from the booked tee time. Practice green was very good. Greens out in the course were in great condition.
Course is relatively short.
Fairways and greens in good condition considering the time of year.
Only gripe is how they pack tee times together with fourballs.
I get that they want to make the most of their weekend and get as much as they can in green fees but the pace of play was torture.
We stopped after 9 which took over 2.5 hours. 5+ hours for 18 holes is simply not good enough, unfortunately. A marshall should be employed to speed up the pace of play.
