Honestly a little disappointed and not worth the £35. Fairways didn’t have great soil conditions so really snagged any heavy shots. Fringe and areas around the greens not in great condition as were many of the bunkers. Quite a lot greens suffered from being under canopy of tress and therefore had # of bad patches. Trying lots of courses in area and unfortunately wont be returning to this one (could have saved 10 mins drive and played Pedham again which is better value for money)

A well managed cared for course.

Decent course but certainly not worth £50 a round. Clubhouse is in much better shape than the course itself. Can get the same quality at other courses for half the price
