A good knock around, but not a patch on the championship course, there are some challenging holes, the greens are great, views also. Still a challenging 9 holes of links golf.

A tremendous links course in Somerset, very challenging if you play a parkland course like me, especially in the wind. It’s as good as any course around the Kent coast but much better value. It’s very easy to play poorly here as every hole presents a challenge, keep it simple and play the percentages and the scores become easier. Good clubhouse, food and beer excellent. Some stunning coastal views, a great course all round.

Amazing day out

Play this course. Beautiful. Challenging and just a joy. Played on a very hot sunny day with a little breeze. Can imagine when it’s windy it’s very tough. Friendly club.
