In my opinion, a very unrated course. All throughout winter, the fairways are brilliant. Greens not bad. In the summer, greens are as good as anywhere, fairways are too. Not as easy of a course as some make out. Lots to think about. Very open on the whole. Only thing is it's a 9 hole course. But overall, very good!

The course is maturing nicely, bunkers are not really maintained well, the greens tend to be hit and miss from week to week. Suppose the cost might reflect its level of maintenance.
