Pace of play and lack of carts is the two major factors here. If you're not the first 5 people in line, you're walking. Then pace of play. There is no Marshall and the elders take full advantage of 4 breakfast balls on every hole. You almost sit and wait to hit more than you play. Other than that, it's a great course. Faculty are super nice, food is great. Another big PLUS for me is they keep cold water at just about every other hole.
