For a public course in busy west Texas this hidden gem is worth the drive from midland. The staff is great and the pro shop is well stocked up. When everyone else is booked up, this course usually has plenty of tee times. Their driving range is fully equipped with trackman as well!!!!

There is some good grass and greens are decent for the desert. I was disappointed it was cart path only unless it’s tournaments. Just not a quick 18 hole course.

Haven't played here since it was only 9 holes many moons ago. The course has come a long way but the only complaint I have is they could use some improvements on the greens. Tee boxes were well taken care of. Fairways were nice as well. Love the GPS on the carts. If you play around 4pm during the week, just be aware of the students practicing there and may slow your game down a bit since they're all walking. All in all, it was a fun course.

The course is not where it needs to be in terms of its condition, but compared to the last few years, it has continued to improve. Driving range is nice and carts are always new and in good shape.

Hittin' the links at Pecos Golf Course, you gotta keep one eye on your ball and the other on them H2S signs—yeah, that’s the ‘welcome’ from the oil fields next door. Every shot's a wild ride with a dash of that ‘special’ air, on a serious note the course was cool, I’d come back with my colleagues if they’re down.
