Slowwww and bad cart paths. But otherwise great layout very difficult

The sand traps are an embarrassment. For the price you should be ashamed, Kemper Sports. The cart paths are one issue but Harborside always had decent conditions. Fairways and tee boxes are burned out, fairways have overgrown patches of clover in many areas. One positive thing is that the Greens were nice. It will be a long time before I return to this course, considering the price. You’re getting gouged by at least $40-50 for this shape it’s in.

Great course ! Not easy

Cart paths are loaded with potholes across the entire course. Tee boxes are covered with divots and dead grass.
