Unacceptable condition for the price. This is a $70 course on a good day, not $140. Cart paths need to be repaved, tee boxes were a mess and dead grass around the greens and fairways.

For $140 it’s UNACCEPTABLE for the the cart path conditions. Recommend finding this on a hit deal ONLY. BTW this was the starboard course
