Fairways felt like rocks. It didnt feel rewarding hitting a good tee shot and having to hit off what feels like pavement. Tee boxes themes elves are uneven, you’ll get lucky to find a good spot. Bunkers are hardpans and so many squirrel holes. Almost lost my footing casually walking down the fairway.

The fairways are somewhat ideal but the rough areas are ROUGH to hit in. This course is unforgiving to those that are still trying to work out the slices and hooks in their golf swing.

6/9 of tee boxes are in decent shape, others have uneven bumpy lies. All the greens are pretty bumpy, hole 1 and 9 are the best. Fairways don’t really exist except maybe hole 4. The rough and even fairways is often large patches of hard packed dirt. Best part are all the hole in one opportunities, into the gopher holes everywhere! Usually pretty empty and still good for a quick round!
