6/9 of tee boxes are in decent shape, others have uneven bumpy lies.
All the greens are pretty bumpy, hole 1 and 9 are the best.
Fairways don’t really exist except maybe hole 4. The rough and even fairways is often large patches of hard packed dirt. Best part are all the hole in one opportunities, into the gopher holes everywhere!
Usually pretty empty and still good for a quick round!

Great beginner course and lots of par 4s. The course could use some maintenance but overall it is definitely worth the price. Will definitely return.
