Fairways and greens were in very poor condition. Greens were lumpy and fairways were cooked.

You can tell this was a really nice course back in the day, grass is dry in a lot of areas and pace of play was ridiculous. There was a group holding up people taking almost 15 shots per hole caused a really bad delay

Great practice course. Work the short irons with distances under 100 yds for most holes.
