Seniors should be encouraged to play from the Orange tees. Pace of play is horrible. It took more than 6 hours on a Sunday. Greens do not roll true. Too many unfixed ball marks. Course turns to a swamp when it rains and stays like that for a week. Bunkers have super hard sand and balls literally bounce when it hits a bunker. Condition if fairways and tee boxes otherwise are pretty nice. Very good driving range with toptracer.

My home course that is fun and forgiving. Open fairways and easy sloped greens. Was one of the best value courses in the area but they increased prices 😔 Still a good track to play in a pinch.
