Played 5 times now and each time the ground is better lots of fun to play there

The fairways are complete trash, also the greens are very slow with bumps in them.

Fairways in questionable condition on the Bay-9 and much of the course is straight dirt instead of luscious grass. Good chips tho.

Course is looking better than prior years. However greens are still a tad patchy.

Decent course for the money, but even better service and hospitality at the Perserve. Five stars for the clubhouse.

Wow! What a difference 8 months makes! Brand new carts, greens are filled in and rolling well 6 brand new Cleveland sets of rentals. Only $3 bucks for cold beer!? Not pretentious just good fun!
