This place is in terrible condition.

The course is in bad shape. Need maintenance asap. Will not be ready for winter season.

pro recommended we come back late October 2026. We lost balls in the fairway because the fairway was so bad.

Lost multiple balls in the fairway due to the course condition. Very overgrown and unkept.

Greens are in decent shape but the rest still needs work.

Course used to be in good condition. But not this time. Dry patches on fairways and tee boxes were rough. Not sure what happened. Looked like caddy shack movie. And not keeping it in the fairway brings loosing your balls easily. But if you know how to have fun shouldn’t be an issue for the price atleast.

Huge leap forward in the course condition over the last month. I played one month ago and it felt as through the superintendent just gave up. Fast forward to today, huge improvements and I always enjoy the layout.

Crap condition but it’s cheap

Course is in horrible shape. Definitely not worth paying that price, especially during rainy season.
