Nonexistent fairways. Nice greens, but not worth the money overall. The staff are friendly, but they need to update their systems.

Fairways were awful, mostly dirt. The green were thick and this crab type grass on the greens. Very bumpy greens. The rough was just clover that was 6/7 inches thick. Not even what rough was suppose to be.

The course was in terrible condition due to the lack of grass this year in the fairways.

Great value, flat, and wide open. Fairways and green side bunkers need some TLC, but the greens are in good shape.
