Much improved!! Enhanced golf cart paths and a couple new bridges👍🏼

The greens and bunkers are in poor condition. The course itself is beautiful and the fairways are in decent condition, but hardly worth the money.

Since changing ownership a couple of years ago, I don't see much difference except the price. Greens are pretty beat up and don't run true with a couple exceptions. They moved a couple tee boxes around but not enough any real improvement worth the higher price rounds. Pace of play can get bad as the book every 10 minutes.

Greens, bunkers, and tee boxes need some work. Fairways were good. Decent value for the Athens area
