Since changing ownership a couple of years ago, I don't see much difference except the price. Greens are pretty beat up and don't run true with a couple exceptions. They moved a couple tee boxes around but not enough any real improvement worth the higher price rounds. Pace of play can get bad as the book every 10 minutes.

Greens, bunkers, and tee boxes need some work. Fairways were good. Decent value for the Athens area

Great course but greens in a little bit of bad shape.

I have been playing this course for many years. It has a lot of potential but is severely mismanaged. Rude and sometimes racist employees and grumpy old men running clubhouse, which is in disrepair. On severely occasions the employee in the clubhouse has made racially charged remarks at my friends concerning the color of their skin. No starters or management of pace of play. On crowded days there is chaos at the first tee. Course condition has been improving nicely. Unfortunate that this place is so poorly managed.
