The course is in poor condition. The staff are very pushy about the car return time, often demanding it much earlier than stated (e.g., 2 hours before the posted time). The greens appear to be maintained with a regular mower, and it seems done casually.The greens are heavily infested with annual bluegrass (Poa annua). While there are many p0ssible treatments,

Course was not very well kept it's next to a paper mill so it stinks and the smell sticks to you the greens were the worse part they go from fast to slow depending on the hole and there was little crab grass sprouts everywhere causing putts to go all over the place

The course itself is not bad for the area that it is in. The only issue I have with the course is I feel it’s a bit high in price for the condition most of the course is in. Instead of $40ish it’s should be close to $30ish.
