On the North course, The fairways were horrible. The ruff and fairways were not cut. Likewise, the greens can used some TLC as well.

Fairways are basically just crab grass. Greens are more like browns. Tee boxes are basically just dirt. The ground drains so badly it's been several days since it has rained and there are still massive puddles everywhere. Not horrible for the value but there's much better.

Better off playing in your back yard! Absolutely unplayable. The price is outrageous for the quality!

Wide open on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, can’t beat that. The course was super dry given the lack of rain, balls were bouncing like it was concrete. I wish the tee boxes and greens were in better condition but 18 at North Course is a good deal.
