What a hidden gem!

The course has a really cool design/ layout but good luck finding any grass. I hit drives right down the middle and every time the ball ended up in dirt

Good value for the course. But pace of play can be very slow since there is no starter to set the pace up. Players would play several balls in one hole and not caring for the pace of play.
