Great Value, usually empty. The only downsides are the conditions are what you pay for and only 1 par 5. Not a lot of chances to use your long irons. Most holes are Driver>Wedge>Putter.

Short course good for us old guys who can't hit that far and the conditions of the course are very good right now Green's in great shape. Just if everyone would repair there ball marks on the green would help some. I will definitely be playing here more
