Overpriced for quality of the course and how it’s marinated. Fun course to play just overpriced for what you get

I’ve played this course before but recently I was disappointed on how flooded the course was and pace of play. Greens were in ok condition but won’t be coming back until the fees are lowered for the conditions

Good course for amateurs to pros, just not that long. Greens are starting to look a bit ragged. Partly because of being wet and getting some rot areas but also, players aren’t fixing their ball marks. Some really good challenging holes.
