Good shape, decent price, pace is a little slow but overall fun.

Don't let the high price fool you. This is not a great course. Facilities are horrible. Greens though well kept are overly challenging and there are many mud spots all over the course. Bring an extra pack of balls because you're not finding anything more than 6 in out of bounds. You're better off just heading over to Bellevue municipal which is 6 minutes away and $25 cheaper. The only good thing about the place is no one goes there so case of play is pretty good

Cart paths are poor, and numerous holes are swampy in the fairways. Carts are jerky with poor gas pedal engagement. Cup holders in the carts are great. Expected better.

A bit swampy, so bring your waterproof shoes. Tees are divot city. Greens are excellent.
