Even during the dry months of mid summer this course is very wet.

Course has some of the best greens in the area. Pace of play can get slow, but the value is great if you have the members card. Course plays vastly different from the blue tees

Good shape, decent price, pace is a little slow but overall fun.

Don't let the high price fool you. This is not a great course. Facilities are horrible. Greens though well kept are overly challenging and there are many mud spots all over the course. Bring an extra pack of balls because you're not finding anything more than 6 in out of bounds. You're better off just heading over to Bellevue municipal which is 6 minutes away and $25 cheaper. The only good thing about the place is no one goes there so case of play is pretty good
