Played up a tee box and it was it very good condition for all 18. Some fairway bunkers are water logged. Green side bunkers are soft, greens are on the faster side for a public course, they’re also firm. Clubhouse could definitely use work, I wouldn’t want to hang around after my rounds. Greens and rough are well kept.

Not worth $65

Whatever you do don’t buy a box of balls here. They charge by the sleeve even if you go for a whole box payed $30 bucks over retail for a box of Wilson Staff model balls. Before teeing off got asked to share carts with the 3 some I was playing with. Over all it’s a fun course just kinda ran a little rough.
