Product Manager, Enterprise

18Birdies is seeking a smart and passionate Product Manager for the Enterprise team that will lead the definition of our enterprise systems and solutions. This individual will contribute to the overall product strategy, as well. 18Birdies is seeking a smart and passionate Product Marketing Manager to work across our Consumer and Enterprise product suite, as a key contributor to the overall product strategy and go-to-market effort.

What you’ll do

This role is a highly cross-functional in nature. Working with our Product, Marketing, Design, Business Development and Customer Success teams, you will help drive every facet of our products’ strategic journey– from consumer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, to overall go to market strategy and creative execution.

You’ll translate your deep understanding of golf — both golfers and the golf industry — into inspiring stories, new ways to engage our audience, and campaigns that deepen our customers’ connection with 18Birdies.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop core product positioning and messaging for key products and features, considering value proposition, target audience, competitive landscape, and other factors
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights from research and analysis to influence product strategy and inform go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with other teams to define effective launch strategies, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals, to best drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
  • Plan and lead successful marketing campaigns to efficiently drive product awareness and adoption
  • Lead and collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and create integrated marketing moments

Who you are

You have a passion for golf, technology and product storytelling.   • 4+ years of consumer marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience working in digital media and technology
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Communication skills. Experience communicating to internal executive, product teams, and consumer-facing audiences

Customer Support Rep

18Birdies is a social golf app designed to make your golf experience more fun, social and competitive.   It’s simple, easy-to-use and is packed with features to help you track, compete and connect real-time with your golf buddies right from your phone, all for free.  In addition to the consumer app, 18Birdies is developing integrated cloud-based business management software for courses – allowing them to be smarter, more efficient and more effective in order to maximize their results.

The Customer Support Representative is the face of 18Birdies to the avid golfer.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about golf and can speak to our customers about our golf technology.  The Customer Support Representative will handle customer inquiries via email, social media and phone with the highest quality of care.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer 1st tier customer facing inbound technology correspondence.
  • Provide friendly and rapid technology support.
  • Detailed tracking of all contacts with customers.
  • Create trouble tickets to report and document issues thoroughly.
  • Craft processes instructions for golfers who require app education.
  • Use of support tools to update golf course GPS and scoring card. Requires good knowledge of Golf.
  • Uncover and suggest ways to improve the customer’s experience through changes in product and process.
