Except for the cart path, which is all gravel and dirt and the bunkers that have some weeds in them, the course is in great shape, the greens are very true, a bit dry, but rolled and cut. The rough is penalizing, I think the slope is a bit higher than what is listed on the scorecard. No beverage cart, so bring beer with you, they will give you a bag of ice at hole 19 to keep your beer cold. There are a few power lines traversing the course, don't let that affect your enjoyment of the course

Great course! Still small numbers coming out to play but that will change soon. Challenging course but a lot of fun. Never felt rushed. Overall great experience!
