Overall, it's an average course. With many short par 4s and 3s it is not the hardest course in the world, but that combined with greens that are rock solid makes it play very quick/hard to read. Some tighter holes offered a challenge to encourage shot shaping but more often than not even a short hit straight runs to the edges of the fairways. You get what you pay for and for a cheaper course it does the trick. Some TLC is needed for a higher rating. In the grand scheme, not the worst course.
