Well maintained. Tricky but forgiving, can easily lose balls if it’s even a little too long. Green speed is alright, not super slow but not fast. The par 3s are not easy, requires a good shot to stay out of trouble.

Very tight, end to end spacing of holes slows pace of play because greens are very close to the next hole's tee box. Course in decent shape, good value and fun to play. Fairways were quite wide and open, so it's relatively forgiving.
