The best conditions you'll get to play in greater Moncton. Only course around with irrigation so the fairways & tee boxes are mint. They're flat & properly leveled. Greens could be slightly better rolled & maintained for speed. They feel a bit slow after August. Driving range also small & no practice bunker, so not a huge value for the cost. But easily the best course in the area.
