No marshall controlling pace of play. No group ahead of the group keeping us waiting every hole. Tons of bugs 12-15 holes.

Overbooked.

Below average golfer so take with a grain of salt. Course was in great condition, fairways were wide, greens were a bit fast but well maintained.

Fantastic value. $47 for a weekday round at this course is great for beginners or intermediate golfers

Condition was great, greens were fast. However, shape of greens were sub par but only because too many people had left unfixed ball marks today. Not necessarily the course's fault but the public playing it. Overall, I really enjoy playing at Chippewa Creek and I will be back again.
