Value is not here. The course is not in very good condition. Tee boxes are very rough, make sure to check before your swing as to not damage your club because there is debris on some (glass/concrete chunks/stones). Greens are fine, fairways are a bit long and need a cut. Range has decades old balls that are worn smooth and are unwashed.

Three groups booked for 10am tee times. Fairways are uncut and tee boxes are uneven and have these large holes in them randomly watch your step. Greens are okay but a weird spongy grass that is super tough to repair a ball mark. Carts all have rips in the seats and still have garbage in them. $72 on a Wednesday is steep for the course to have this many issues.
