Good discount for playing on winter greens. Trade off is that the property is under maintenance so not very attractive. Additionally the course is designed to play as a full 18 hole set. If you play 9 holes then you have a difficult trek back through the entire property to reach the clubhouse. It would be very difficult to do if the property was busy but manageable in winter.
