Greens are trash. Front 9 fun to play. Back 9 challenging with bunkers everywhere. Has potential to be a great course.

The course is not in good condition. The fairway is narrow, and the rough is 4-5" high. If you don't stay on the fairway, there is a good chance you will lose your ball.

The course is in a terrible state. The rough has clippings everywhere, making finding balls not on the fairway impossible. The greens aren’t even, and putting is awful.

Horrible conditions.

Course used to a nice play. Rough and greens need a lot of work.
