Great course in really good condition

It is a very nice 9 hole golf course with narrow fairways and very little room for error but plenty of opportunities for birdies as there are many par 3s and 3 fairly easy par 4s However, I think there could be a par 5 added somewhere but with option for 18 hole it is a very nice golf course
