This is great course to lock in your chipping and approach around the green. It has plenty of elevation change and fairways are kept in decent condition. Only con for me would be the speed of the greens it may mess with your pace and not translate to a course with properly rolled greens. All that being said this course is great for practice on the short game or just a fun day out with the family

The ultimate short game laboratory. Very enjoyable course in the middle of a residential neighborhood in Torrance. Local rules say you can only use your putter and a short iron or wedge for every hole. True test of distance control and putting ability.
