Expectations for conditions are typically low for this time of the year, but this courses greens are by far the worst I’ve seen EVER. Almost every green is caked in compacted sand that acts as a hard clay. The entire course needs a rework for their greens. On top of this, $80 to play here is a literal joke. I’ve played at $25 courses that were in 2x better conditions. Sad to say this, this property has fantastic potential.

This course was probably the worst course l've played, condition wise. Could've been the recent snow, but there was hardly any grass on the greens and they were rock hard. $80 was criminal, should be no more than $25 with the shape it's in right now.
