Always in great condition, currently very fast greens. 27 hole course Pecan- Tougher 9 holes, a lot of water and very narrow holes 4-7 Mockingbird- Easier 9 holes, open fairways + more forgiving Great driving range, chipping + putting greens. High end bar/restaurant onsite with a great patio overlooking hole #9 of mockingbird and #1 Pecan tee box.
