The Par 3 Teddy Bear course was very unkept. Most of the tee boxes were not being maintained. The Fairways were not mowed, and tall weeds were everywhere on the course. The greens were predominantly in poor condition, with the number 8 green being half sand on the front to only the middle having grass. I have played on greens that were being aerated and sanded, but this was poorly maintained. Having played at the San Pedro Par 3, this course is not up to the standard set at San Pedro.

Greens were in terrible shape. They need to discount green fees until conditions improve

Greens are abysmal. Should call them “sands” instead.

Course is in good shape except the greens. They have been burnt out and very bouncy.
