Played this course twice over the weekend. Tee boxes and fairways and greens were fairly nice. Cart path is pretty much non existent. No Marshall so pace of play is eh when it’s busy. Greens were nice but soft and slow. This course was around the same price as other courses in the area but was in WAY better condition
