Greens were in very poor condition.

This course is currently under renovation. They have 2 par 3s in place of holes 8 and 9 which are the nicer holes on the course. The greens were mostly compacted mud and very hard to tell if they were fast or slow. The tree lines are overgrown so if you hit it slightly off the fairway, good luck finding your ball. The pace of play was incredibly slow. By hole 3 there was a line of 3 groups to tee off. Don’t come here until the construction is finished.

Great Course! Just wish the greens were a little more consistent on speed. Some greens I had to smack the ball like a slapshot to get it 25ft, and others felt like if I barely hit the ball it'd go a million miles past.

Played in prep for a tournament I was hosting, and I was surprised at how improved the course conditions were. Greens and fairways were in great shape. Course was booked up, so pace of play was slower than I like. For the tournament, course was still in great shape. Half the bunkers need some attention, but I’ve been advised they are addressing it. Greens were very receptive, rolled true, and had a decent pace. All in all, course conditions are better than a few months ago.
