As advertised. Cheap to play and no thrills. Took my five year old son to play and had no issues walking the course with him. I ended up carrying his bag and had three clubs for myself. Greens were shaggy and spotty. The 1st and 9th hole are safety hazards. From the tbox you can’t see the landing zone on the opposite side. I’d put a bell up because the green is drivable. I drove into a group and felt horrible. I didn’t use a cart but the carts sounded as if they were falling apart.
