Conditions were quite good for the vast majority of the course, and the tee boxes were in good shape as well. The only areas without grass were paths created by carts, and a few spots around the edges of some greens. Not many people on a Tuesday, so my round was around 3 hours taking my time. Driving range is fine, putting green was in decent shape, but getting punched the day I'm writing this. Overall an enjoyable course
Course is in great shape! Very satisfied!

Great course but slow when the snow birds migrate. Price point is on the edge, but there are some beautiful holes. The layout is about a 6.5 out of 10, but the super fast greens are the most elite in the area. Super tough course.
This was my 1st time playing Hernando Oaks and I was blown away with how fast and sloped the greens were. Some greens were 2-3 feet in elevation change. They were all lightning quick but receptive if you were hitting full shots. To put it into perspective, I almost 5-putt after hitting the green on the longest par 3 on the course. Every putt outside of 5 feet felt near impossible to make. Granted, some pins were on illegal spots. Once they move the pins to friendlier spots my rating will go up.
Greens were punched 4 weeks ago, maybe 5 weeks ago and still haven't recovered
Soaking wet after the rain, which is usual. But the greens have been punched again, and i believe they were punched just last month.
