They haven’t invested into the course in years. 75% of the green were all sand… not some sand. All sand. One of the holes had “temporary green” which was a hole in the middle of the fairway.

Conditions are some of the worst in Jacksonville. Not a single green without dead sand spots and bumpy.

Tee boxes and Greens are horrible. Greens are almost unplayable. Super disappointed in course condition for the Price.

Greens are currently in VERY bad shape. Nobody in my foursome of 6-15 handicappers could make a putt.

I almost broke 90 today.
