Tee boxes and Greens are horrible. Greens are almost unplayable. Super disappointed in course condition for the Price.

Ive played this course several times and had a good time. On the more challenging side due to the amount water hazards. I will say that after playing today, I won't play there again this year. The fairways on probably 12 or 13 holes aren't much better than bare dirt. It would do them well to invest in cart paths throughout the entire course, because the few holes that had cart paths and the bit of fairway beyond the no cart path signs were wonderful and lush.
