It’s a beautiful little gem, and could be SO amazing. Ground keeping is a little lax (fuzzy FWs and greens) but the conditions are improving and the course is creative. Fun.

Great views, reasonable price. Could be a really nice course to play. Has a lot left to be desired with some better TLC of the bunkers, greens, and fairways to get it to the next level.

Fairways grass was very long and the rough was even longer. Think my front yard gets cut shorter than the fairways which made it difficult to find the ball after a tee shot. Greens where pretty beat up and bare. Could be a very nice course if manicured a little more.
