Arrived early but had to wait until two minutes before our tee time to get a cart. No one clearly explained the delay — it felt disorganized and like they may not have had enough carts available, which limited any chance to warm up properly. Tee boxes were fine. Fairways were inconsistent with several hard or rough areas needing attention. Greens were decent but not great. For the price, it’s playable — but we expected slightly better overall conditions.
