Arrived early but had to wait until two minutes before our tee time to get a cart. No one clearly explained the delay — it felt disorganized and like they may not have had enough carts available, which limited any chance to warm up properly. Tee boxes were fine. Fairways were inconsistent with several hard or rough areas needing attention. Greens were decent but not great. For the price, it’s playable — but we expected slightly better overall conditions. Pleasantly surprised as this course is normally in poor condition. Today the greens were flawless and conditions were great.

One of the worst experiences I've had golfing. The staff was great and accommodating so no complaints there. Short driving range and the greens are more sand than grass. This was not relayed upon booking or checking in. The course is under heavy construction. The sprinklers were on while play was in session and the group in front of us was an hour and a half into their round and just at the tee box on hole 3. No ranger to monitor pace of play. Thankfully we were able to get a refund and go home
